It’s Thanksgiving Day in Port Charles, which means several families are gathering for dinner… while one family is gearing up for a wedding.
Trina (Tabyana Ali) joins her family for the holiday, with her grandpa Marshall (Robert Gossett) back in town and Curtis (Donnell Turner) hosting the festivities.
Naturally, Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) is in full “holiday general” mode—cooking, supervising, stirring pots both literal and emotional—and everyone is thrilled to see Marshall again. But he quickly notices someone is missing and wants to know where Portia (Brook Kerr) is.
Trina breaks the news gently: her mom won’t be at Thanksgiving dinner this year because she has to work.
But Trina is in for her own shock in this episode. She still doesn’t know that her mother is pregnant, and we can’t help but wonder if this will be the day she finally finds out. Someone obviously drops a bombshell, prompting her stunned reaction: “What did you just say?”
Nathan Hunts a Suspect
Meanwhile, the PCPD appears to be making progress—or at least they think they are. Expect to see Nathan (Ryan Paevey) tracking down a suspect. But who exactly is he after? Could it be Curtis? Could it be Portia? Only time will tell.
Willow and Drew’s Wedding
And then there’s the big storyline of the day: Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) are headed back to the altar. Again.
Whether they actually make it through the vows this time is still up in the air. Viewers everywhere would love to see Willow snap out of it, change her mind, and send the congressman packing, but she has been stubborn despite all the warnings and heartfelt advice she’s received.
When the big moment arrives, Drew is practically floating, but Willow may be feeling the jitters. Does Nina (Cynthia Watros) encourage her to walk away? And if she does… what choice will Willow make?
Quartermaine Thanksgiving
